Default PvE - Archtypes

Since we have a ton of hero's and more then one with the same job, I want to set up hero's based on the different arch types.

Example I have 3 ele hero's, set up one for Air, one for fire, one for Water/Earth.

What are the different arch types for all the different jobs (PvE focus)?

If possible partial skill list used, or the core to it. I've only played 2-3 of the jobs, but have a massive amount of skills unlocked. I need help

Some that I'm aware of

Messmer - Intruptor
Necro - SS, MM
Ele - Fire / SF, Air Spike, Earth/Water combo
Ranger - Barriage (spam), trap

But very weak / in-experienced with a lot of the others?

So what are the common builds (not saying skill list) but character designs for the various jobs.

Actually useful hero templates:

Warrior - Pile of attack skills, works well with hammer and axe templates, not so much with swords.

Necro - Minions masters work well, heroes suck at SS. If you need curses, corrupt enchantment is usually more helpful.

Monk - LoD, Healing Light, or one of the nifty new smiters with smiter's boon and such. Don't bother mith monk builds requiring timing and skill

Ele - Fire is ok, but they can only run SF, no mind blasters (which are way, way better). They do pretty well with wards, eruption, and sandstorm or somesuch.

Ranger - Broadhead arrow kthnxbai

Mesmer - They work well with illusion stuff like clumsiness, supported by inspiration interrupts. Haven't had much luck with dom heroes.

Paragon - Godly. Always make sure they have a a spear and have a good amount in spear mastery, enough to kill stuff. Use command for groups with lots of physicals, motivation and watch yourself for groups with lots of casters.

Dervish - Reaper's sweep is insane. Use it.

Assassin - The hero sin kinda sucks at chaining attacks and knowing when to run away. Human sins rock faces with mobius/death blossom spam with critical agility up, heroes can't do that. If you need her, you can run flashing blades, otherwise don't bother.

Rit - Fails pretty hard as well. Doesn't seem to know how a lot of the triggers for rit skills work. You can set one up to run a drooling retarrd build like standing back and spamming shelter, though.

Rit hero fails so miserably it isn't even funny. I gave Razah Splinter Weapon to cast it on me (running Moebius Blossom sin) but that idiot casts it on Olias- my minion master...
I though "what the frikkin hell" and kicked Olias- then Razah decided that Tahlkora needs splinter weapon.
What a retard, are all creatures from the Mists that stupid?

War - tank
Ele - nuker (or bsurge in HM)
Mes - they don't pve
Nec - mm or ss
Ranger - barrage (or BHA in HM)
Monk - heal or prot
Sin - dying machine
Rit - inferior monk healer
Derv - inferior tank
Para - they don't pve

Those are the general stereotypes. Not always true, but that's how people see them.

Monk- Healing, Prot (bonders are ok), or Hybrid
Rit- Spirit spammer (too slow for pve), Restoration + emanagement, Channeling + Restoration
Warrior- Sword, Axe, Hammer (all with [skill=text]Watch Yourself[/skill]), or a tank that you'd flag.

As long as your monk has no offensive related spells (i.e. interrupts like power drain or leech sig) put them on avoid combat and they won't wand anything.

As long as something "attacks" a foe, the AI will target it with a Splinter Wep.

Cheers
